  Teach Style Creative


        There will be no longer learners and teachers, but the relationship between them will be
  shaped up like “Exchange-Learning Agent” instead of a teaching person. He/she becomes a
  teaching facilitator who is transparent and trustworthy. He/she tries to understand every
  single thing of the learners. Examinations will be “open book examination” in every subject.

        The teaching director will manage the learning and teaching by presenting real problems
  and help the learners search for the information to facilitate it only, not as leaders. They will
  be supporters for the learning materials such as information resources, technology,
  computers and various learning media, websites or e-mails.

        The learners will be independent in surveying their own interesting studies. They will be
  driven to search for the answers by the facilitators. The learning process including people,
  intelligence, thoughts, feelings attitudes, practices and learning from authentic experiences,
  will encourage the learners to develop naturally with full potentiality. The three ways of
  learning are case-based learning, problem-based learning and student-centered learning.

        We determine to get the learners who are curious and take parts with the facilitators for
  their own learning or the learners will be impressed, excited and delighted with the findings.
